My Approach

She Was Made Strong is about taking any aspect of our lives and making them stronger. It is about looking at women's issues from both a micro and macro level.

The team at She Was Made Strong believe that in order to treat the entire person we need a Bio - Psycho - Social and Spiritual model or integrative approach. This is done with providing individual counselling, support groups and psycho-educational workshops. Our desire for social change for women's rights is also a great endeavor of ours to help make us stronger.

Our team comprises of certified professionals with completed degrees in their field, belonging to appropriate associations and colleges, professional insurance and with accumulated work experience.

Lydia Rajpat is a Professional Counsellor with a background in Social Work, Crisis Intervention and Christian Counselling.

Completing her MA, in Professional Counselling from Liberty University and BCC-Social Work from Canada Christian College. Belonging to the Ontario Association of Counsellors, Consultants, Psychologists and Psychometrics (OACCPP) since 2012. She is currently in the process of registering with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario to better serve the city of Toronto.
